We are growing more and more each day. In order to become a 501(c)(3) tax exempt non-profit orgranization we need to raise $525 to cover the fees.
$50 to the Ohio Secretary of State for name reservation
$50 to the Ohio Secretary of State for name reservation.
$125 to Ohio Secretary of State for required Articles of Incorporation ($80 still needed of this fee)
$300 to the IRS for usage fees to become 501(c)(3) tax exempt
Anyone wishes to sponsor us to cover any part of these fees will be given free advertising via our site, Twitter, Facebook, Indiepublic and any other Social Media sites we are members of for the life of the organization for any donation $50 or over. Please ask for a receipt for your donation if you need one for your taxes, we will gladly provide you with one.
We are a public charity that relies solely on donations and are hoping that with the combined effort of everyone our there we can cover these costs and continue focusing our efforts to help those in need.
